Our history

2009
Integrity is founded by four professionals with the purpose of becoming a reference in the field of technology consulting and auditing focused on cybersecurity, providing a specialized and innovative service to its clients, ensuring the protection and security of their most precious asset - information - against possible incidents and losses.

2013
Integrity launches its first managed service, Keep It Secure 24, in the same year it begins the process of internationalization.

2021
The company attracts the attention of Devoteam Group, a leading digital strategy and cybersecurity consulting firm. In June of that year, the acquisition process is formalized, and Integrity strengthens Devoteam's cybersecurity expertise by joining Devoteam Cyber Trust, an existing community of +800 consultants present in 15 countries in the EMEA region. Together, they provide customers with a high level of security through an innovative portfolio of managed services such as Keep It Secure 24, Keep It Managed 24, and Third Party Cyber Risk Management.
Rui Shantilal also joined the governance of Devoteam Cyber Trust during this time.

2023
Integrity adopts the name and brand Devoteam Cyber Trust as the conclusion of the Rebranding stage that began in 2021. Its mission is to ensure its clients a secure digital journey, combining its vast experience, best practices, and technology with the most innovative approaches in the market. The management team, structure, and integrity relationship with clients have remained the same since the beginning.
