The personal data collected will be processed by Devoteam Cyber Trust, S.A., as the entity responsible for their processing (Data Controller). The information requested is necessary for the diligence prior to a possible hiring, and will only be processed by Devoteam Cyber Trust, S.A. in order to consider a possible collaboration between the data subject and Devoteam Cyber Trust, S.A.. The personal data may be transmitted to a third party entity hired specifically for that purpose.

Under the applicable legislation, the data subject, in relation to their personal data, may request: access to the data, its rectification, elimination, limitation of its processing, its portability or even oppose the processing of the data.

The data subject may also, through the above mentioned e-mail, withdraw his/her consent for the processing of data for the indicated purposes.

According to the law, the data subject has the right to withdraw his/her consent at any time, which shall not, however, affect the treatment carried out up to that date based on the previously given consent.

Notwithstanding any other form of legal action, the data subject has the right to present a claim to CNPD or another competent control authority under the terms of the law.
